Home Inspection - detailed to the T

My home inspection lasted almost 3 hours. I can't complain though because my inspector did an excellent job. He was professional, extremely detailed, and on time. He explained everything he was doing, was happy to answer our many questions, and provided a detailed report with photos.

He met all the qualifications requested by the builder:

• IBC Certification
• Current membership in GAHI
• Current Valid business license
• General liability insurance in the amount of not less than $500,000 w/out any per incident limitation
